ABSTRACT:
The increasing rate of development in digital technologies has greatly impacted the education industry. This, in turn, has made it imperative for educators to learn to adapt to the changing dynamics in teaching and research. This study aims to find out the role of reskilling in adapting to the changing dynamics in teaching and research with the support of Human Resource Analytics. This study has adopted a descriptive and analytical method of research. The primary and secondary data were collected, and statistical tools like percentage analysis, correlation, regression, and chi-square were used.
The study results showed that there is a vital role to be played by reskilling in enhancing the skills of educators. The major problems faced in adopting digital technologies include lack of training, resistance to change, and increasing workload. The study concluded that Human Resource Analytics plays an important role in decision-making. The study results highlighted the importance of aligning the development of educators with Sustainable Development Goal 9.
