Abstract
The recruitment and selection process plays a vital role in improving organizational performance and employee satisfaction. This study focuses on evaluating the recruitment and selection practices followed at Mikrosun Technology. The main objective of the study is to analyze the effectiveness, transparency, and efficiency of the recruitment and selection process adopted by the organization. Data for the study were collected through a structured questionnaire from 82 respondents working in the organization. Statistical tools such as Percentage Analysis, Chi-Square Test, Correlation Analysis, and ANOVA were used for data interpretation. The findings reveal that employees are generally satisfied with the recruitment process, communication methods, interview procedures, and selection criteria followed by the company. The study also highlights the importance of modern recruitment methods and employee-friendly hiring practices in improving organizational productivity. Suggestions are provided to enhance transparency, communication, and technological integration in recruitment activities.
