Abstract – The study examines the importance of sustainability in improving retail operations. With growing environmental concerns and increasing competition, retail organizations are focusing on integrating sustainable practices into their supply chain processes. The results also show that sustainability positively impacts operational performance by improving efficiency, reducing costs, and enhancing inventory management. Additionally, sustainable practices contribute to higher customer satisfaction and improved brand image, as consumers increasingly prefer environmentally responsible businesses.
