Abstract: In today's competitive business environment, talent acquisition plays an important role in organizational success. This study examines the talent acquisition practices followed at ALMI Digital Marketing and their impact on employee performance, productivity, and retention. A descriptive research design was used, and primary data was collected from 152 respondents through a structured questionnaire. Secondary data was sourced from journals, company records, and websites. Statistical tools such as percentage analysis, chi-square test, Pearson correlation, and Mann-Whitney U test were applied. The normality test confirmed non-normal data distribution, justifying the use of non-parametric methods. Key findings reveal that talent acquisition methods are viewed as highly effective (48%), recruitment processes are transparent (51.3%), and job portals are the most effective sourcing tool (52.6%). A significant gender-based difference was found in the perceived effectiveness of talent acquisition methods (p < 0.05). A strong positive correlation (r = 0.677) was established between post-recruitment job satisfaction and employee referral value. The study concludes that structured talent acquisition practices contribute significantly to workforce quality, employee satisfaction, and organizational growth, with recommendations for further leveraging AI-based tools, employer branding, and continuous skill-gap analysis.
