Abstract
This study examines talent management and employee appraisal practices in the manufacturing industry, with specific reference to SK Enterprises. The research aims to analyze the effectiveness of talent management strategies and performance appraisal systems in improving employee performance, motivation, and organizational productivity. A descriptive research design was adopted, and data was collected from 179 employees using a structured questionnaire. Statistical tools such as Spearman Correlation, Chi-square Test, Mann-Whitney U Test, and Kruskal-Wallis Test were used for analysis. The findings reveal a strong positive relationship between performance appraisal accuracy and employee performance improvement. The study concludes that effective talent management and transparent appraisal systems significantly enhance employee satisfaction and organizational efficiency.
