Abstract
Electronic banking has transformed banking services by providing customers with fast, convenient, and secure digital financial solutions. However, increasing dependence on digital platforms has exposed banks and customers to cybersecurity threats, fraud, operational failures, and technological risks. This study analyses the risks associated with e-banking operations at Kotak Mahindra Bank Ltd. using a descriptive and analytical research design. Primary data were collected from 100 customers through a structured questionnaire, while secondary information was obtained from published sources. The original project employed Percentage Analysis for data interpretation. The findings reveal that effective security measures and risk management practices significantly enhance customer trust, satisfaction, and confidence in e-banking services.
