Abstract
In today’s dynamic financial environment, investment decision-making has become increasingly complex due to the availability of diverse investment options and associated risks. As a result, investors are gradually shifting towards the use of data and analytics to make informed and rational decisions. This study aims to examine the role of data analytics in enhancing investment decision-making among individuals.
The research is based on primary data collected from respondents with varied demographic backgrounds and levels of investment experience. It analyses the extent to which investors rely on analytical tools and data-driven insights, their level of trust in such tools, and the impact of analytics on their confidence and risk perception. The study also identifies key challenges faced by investors, including limited awareness, lack of technical knowledge, and difficulty in effectively utilizing analytical platforms.
The findings suggest that data analytics significantly contributes to improving decision quality by providing better market insights, reducing uncertainty, and increasing investor confidence. Furthermore, with the rapid advancement of technologies such as Artificial Intelligence, the importance of analytics in investment decisions is expected to grow in the future.
