ABSTRACT:
Academic workforce sustainability is essential for maintaining educational quality and institutional effectiveness. This study examines the role of organizational climate in employee retention among academic staff in private higher educational institutions. Primary data were collected from 169 respondents using a structured questionnaire. The data were analyzed using Percentage Analysis, Mean and Standard Deviation, Pearson Correlation, and Multiple Regression Analysis. The findings reveal that organizational climate significantly influences employee retention. Work environment, leadership support, and job security emerged as key factors affecting employees' intention to stay. The study concludes that a positive organizational climate enhances employee retention and contributes to the long-term sustainability of the academic workforce.
