ABSTRACT:
Language is one of the main problems faced when accessing quality healthcare services because failure by patients to describe their symptoms in languages other than English limits the quality of healthcare services. Therefore, the use of a multilingual healthcare chatbot is recommended in this paper. This application will be developed through machine learning and natural language processing capabilities of the software. The AI system will help the users articulate their symptoms, give them medical information about those conditions and answer related queries in the language selected by the users. Thus, the current paper gives a basis for making healthcare accessible to all individuals at an affordable cost.
