ABSTRACT:This paper presents the design, development, and evaluation of an AI-Powered Learning Platform integrating an intelligent chatbot for real-time personalized learning. Built using HTML, CSS, JavaScript (frontend) and Node.js with Express.js (backend), the system uses a third-party AI API for natural language response generation. The platform follows SDLC methodology with a three-tier architecture. Testing encompasses manual, Playwright-based automation, and AI semantic evaluation. Key results include 91% chatbot accuracy, 1.72-second average response latency, and a System Usability Scale (SUS) score of 84.2, confirming effective performance and high user satisfaction.
