ABSTRACT
The current users face the disadvantage of the inefficacy of fixed courseware-based platforms in terms of providing personalized mentorship necessary for career progression. In this paper, a revolutionary way out of the above challenge is proposed via design and implementation of a fully operational full-stack AI-driven Learning Management System (LMS). Such features as personal roadmaps generation, AI-led lessons, live code execution, quizzes, and certificate management are incorporated into the system. As for the functionality, the platform integrates the Groq Large Language Model (LLM) API to generate personalized roadmaps depending on resume analysis of a learner in PDF or DOCX formats and the job title the learner is aiming at. The system includes Aether player for AI-led lessons presentation, the Monaco Editor to execute code live, quizzes and certificate generation by means of screenshots taken using HTML to image conversion on the client side. The solution was implemented on the basis of React 19 (Vite) in the frontend and Spring Boot 3.5.11 with MySQL in the backend to allow a seamless transition from one element to another.
