ABSTRACT
Employee expectations and organizational practices significantly influence workplace dynamics and employee behavior. This study focuses on analyzing the relationship between employee expectations and the organizational environment, particularly in terms of management support, workplace conditions, work-life balance, and job roles. In a rapidly changing work environment, understanding employee needs is essential for organizations to function effectively.
The research aims to examine organizational culture and explore how it aligns with employee expectations regarding role clarity, career growth, and workplace policies. It also seeks to identify any gaps between expectations and actual organizational practices. A descriptive research design is adopted, and data is collected through structured questionnaires. The study considers various factors related to employee perceptions and workplace conditions to understand their interrelationship.
This research provides a structured approach to understanding employee expectations and emphasizes the importance of aligning organizational practices with these expectations.
