Abstract - Smartphones and social media have become integral to students' daily lives, but excessive use can lead to mobile addiction, reduced study time, and sleep disturbances. This project analyzes social media usage and mobile addiction among students using data on daily mobile hours, study time, sleep patterns, and most-used apps. Interactive dashboards are created in Tableau to visualize patterns and relationships between mobile usage and academic performance. Real-world examples show students often spend 4-6 hours daily on apps like Instagram, YouTube, and WhatsApp, affecting productivity. The insights aim to promote healthier digital habits and better time management among students.
