Abstract:
Artificial intelligence has transitioned from a specialized research domain into an integral component of everyday human experience, reshaping how individuals communicate, work, learn, and make decisions. This article examines the pervasive role of AI in daily life, exploring its applications across key sectors including healthcare, education, transportation, entertainment, and personal productivity. From voice assistants and recommendation systems to smart home devices and predictive healthcare tools, AI-driven technologies are increasingly embedded in routine activities, often operating invisibly yet profoundly influencing human behavior and outcomes. The study highlights how machine learning algorithms, natural language processing, and computer vision power these real-world systems, enabling personalized experiences, automation of repetitive tasks, and data-driven decision-making at an unprecedented scale. Alongside these benefits, the article critically addresses emerging concerns related to privacy, algorithmic bias, digital dependency, and the ethical implications of delegating human decisions to automated systems. The findings underscore the importance of AI literacy among the general public, advocating for a balanced approach that embraces technological advancement while fostering critical awareness of its societal impact. The article concludes by reflecting on the future trajectory of AI integration into daily life, emphasizing the need for inclusive design, transparent systems, and responsible innovation to ensure that AI serves as a tool for human empowerment rather than displacement.
