Bizzsutra: An Integrated AI-Assisted Platform for Business Idea Recommendation, Startup Planning, and Cost Estimation

Abstract
The growing interest in entrepreneurship has highlighted a significant need for accessible and structured guidance for first time business founders. Early-stage entrepreneurs often lack clarity regarding business idea selection, resource requirements, startup costs, documentation, expert support and financial opportunities. BizzSutra is an integrated AI-driven system designed to bridge this gap by offering domain-based business idea recommendations, automated startup checklists, AI-based cost estimation, consultancy access and financial guidance through a single unified interface. Developed using JavaFX for the user interface, Java for backend logic and Firebase for secure data storage, the system provides an intuitive, scalable and efficient platform for startup planning. This paper presents a comprehensive analysis of the motivation, system architecture, design methodology, literature background, functional modules, evaluation results, limitations and future scope of BizzSutra. The findings emphasize the potential of digital planning systems to reduce uncertainty, improve decision-making and assist aspiring entrepreneurs in managing early-stage challenges effectively.
