ABSTRACT
This project aims to extract meaningful business insights by applying Data Analytics and Business Intelligence (BI) techniques. The primary objective is to analyze sales, customer, and operational data to evaluate business performance and support data-driven decision-making instead of relying on assumptions. The raw business data is first processed using MySQL, where data cleaning, handling missing values, removing duplicate records, and data transformation are performed. These preprocessing steps ensure that the dataset is accurate, consistent, and ready for analysis. After preprocessing, the cleaned data is imported into Microsoft Power BI to create interactive dashboards, charts, graphs, and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). These visualizations help identify sales trends, customer behavior, revenue growth, product performance, and business opportunities, making complex data easier to understand. The final outcome of this project is an interactive Business Intelligence dashboard that enables users to monitor business performance, generate valuable insights, and make informed business decisions. Overall, the project demonstrates how MySQL and Power BI can be effectively combined to transform raw business data into meaningful and actionable information.
