ABSTRACT
This study examines talent management practices and their integration with organizational culture in Axis Align. Data were collected from 150 employees using a structured questionnaire comprising Likert-scale and yes/no items. The research analyzes the impact of talent management on employee satisfaction and retention. Statistical tools, including the Mann–Whitney U test, Kruskal–Wallis H test, and correlation analysis, were applied to interpret the data. The findings reveal a positive relationship between talent management and employee outcomes, with significant variations across demographic groups. The study emphasizes the critical role of effective talent management in enhancing organizational success.
