ABSTRACT -
The Constant Speed Drive is a vital component in aircraft electrical power systems & responsible for maintaining a stable generator speed over wide engine rpm variations. Traditional Constant speed drive units. While mechanically reliable and face challenges like wear and tear or performance degradation using different sensors. Problems like internal contamination, Vibration and high maintenance demand, maintenance planning delay, etc.
This project introduces a Constant Speed Drive System with Integrated Predictive Maintenance to enhance power reliability for next-generation aircrafts and Smart Health Monitoring System.
