Abstract
Customer satisfaction is an important factor that determines the success of service-oriented businesses. In the event decoration industry, customers expect creativity, quality, timely service, and affordable pricing. This study focuses on analyzing the satisfaction level of customers towards the decoration services provided by Dream Decors, Anthiyur. The research examines various factors influencing customer satisfaction such as decoration quality, pricing, staff behavior, creativity, communication, and timely completion of work. Primary data were collected from customers through a structured questionnaire, and secondary data were obtained from books, journals, and websites. The findings reveal that most customers are satisfied with the decoration quality, service delivery, and overall experience offered by Dream Decors. The study concludes that maintaining service quality and introducing innovative decoration themes can further improve customer satisfaction and business growth.
