Abstract - This system presents a Cyber Crime Complaint Application that allows users to report cyber crimes easily through a mobile application, while administrators can manage and resolve complaints through a web-based system. With the rapid growth of digital platforms, cyber crimes such as phishing, hacking, identity theft, and online fraud have increased significantly. Traditional complaint systems are often slow and lack proper tracking mechanisms.

The proposed system provides a user-friendly interface where users can register complaints, upload evidence such as images, and track complaint status in real-time. The admin panel enables authorities to view, verify, and resolve complaints efficiently. This system improves transparency, reduces manual work, and ensures faster response to cyber crime issues.
