Abstract - This paper presents an automated approach to Four speed machine tool gear box design by integrating computational parameter calculation with parametric CAD modelling. By utilizing a C++-based algorithm, gear parameters such as speed ratios, gear teeth count, and module consistency are determined efficiently. These parameters are then linked to a parametric CAD model through text file, streamlining the design and manufacturing process. This approach minimizes manual effort, reduces errors, and accelerates both the modelling and manufacturing phases. The methodology is demonstrated through the design of a gearbox where each gear is defined parametrically, ensuring dynamic adaptability to varying input conditions.
