ABSTRACT
The rapid growth of digital healthcare technologies has created new opportunities for improving physiotherapy rehabilitation and patient management services. This research presents the development of a secure web-based physiotherapy rehabilitation and patient management system designed to simplify clinical operations, enhance patient record management, and support rehabilitation monitoring through an online platform. The proposed system integrates essential healthcare functionalities such as patient registration, appointment scheduling, therapist management, treatment tracking, rehabilitation progress monitoring, and secure data storage within a centralized environment.
The system is developed using modern web technologies to provide accessibility, efficiency, and data security for both physiotherapists and patients. Security mechanisms including authenticated login access, protected patient records, and role-based user management are implemented to improve confidentiality and reduce unauthorized access to sensitive medical information. The platform also minimizes manual paperwork and improves communication between healthcare professionals and patients.
The developed application aims to increase operational efficiency in physiotherapy centers by enabling organized data handling, faster appointment management, and better rehabilitation follow-up. System testing and evaluation demonstrate that the platform provides reliable performance, user-friendly interaction, and secure information management. The research concludes that a web-based physiotherapy rehabilitation management system can significantly improve healthcare service quality, reduce administrative workload, and support effective patient rehabilitation processes.
