Digital Transformation in Talent Acquisition: A Study of E-Recruitment System at Automobile Sector, Nagpur

ABSTRACT
Digital transformation has markedly changed Human Resource Management (HRM), especially in the area of talent acquisition. Organizations are steadily more implementing e-recruitment systems to refine recruitment efficiency, embellish candidate experience, and reduce hiring costs. My study examines the impact of the e-recruitment system, which is implemented at Automobile sector, Nagpur. The findings indicate that digital recruitment tools such as Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), AI-based screening, online assessments, video interviews, and digital onboarding have positively impacted recruitment efficiency and which increases candidate satisfaction. The research concludes that e-recruitment has become a strategic tool for talent acquisition and contributes significantly to organizational competitiveness.
