Abstract - The Dynamic Pet Emergency Response System Using AI is a web-based platform designed to enhance pet healthcare, emergency response, and overall management through intelligent digital solutions. The primary objective of this system is to provide immediate first-aid guidance, streamline veterinary services, and improve pet safety using an integrated approach. The system is developed using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for the frontend, with backend support for data management. A rule-based or AI-assisted chatbot module is implemented to analyze user input and deliver instant first-aid recommendations for common pet emergencies such as bleeding, poisoning, and breathing issues. Additionally, the platform includes features like pet profile management, veterinary appointment scheduling, and adoption services. The results demonstrate improved response time during emergencies and enhanced accessibility to pet care resources. This system significantly contributes to reducing risks during critical situations and promotes responsible pet ownership through technology-driven solutions.
