Abstract

E-Billing Software has become an essential component of modern digital business systems, enabling automated invoice generation, purchase record maintenance, and real-time customer access to transaction history. The proposed e-billing system provides customers with detailed product information related to purchased items, including invoice details, purchase date, time, and searchable transaction history through a dedicated web portal. This system enhances transparency, improves billing efficiency, and simplifies purchase tracking for both customers and businesses. The study explores the design, implementation, and benefits of integrating customer purchase tracking with e-billing software.
