Abstract - This document expressions the mandatory format and appearance of a paper prepared for ISJEM. This paper presents the design and implementation of a high-fidelity Electronic Flight Instrument System (EFIS) and Electronic Centralized Aircraft Monitor (ECAM) mockup, engineered specifically as an interactive educational tool for aircraft maintenance engineering students. While modern aerospace education requires deep familiarity with digital avionics, access to authentic flight deck hardware remains cost-prohibitive. To address this limitation, the proposed system provides an exact visual and functional mirror of the Airbus A320 displays. Utilizing a combination of microcontrollers, a single-board computer, and high-definition interfaces, the mockup integrates hardware-in-the-loop tactile controls with custom software backends. The EFIS module successfully simulates aerodynamic responses, display redundancy, and localized fault injection. Concurrently, the ECAM module provides real-time engine parameter tracking and active warning logic driven by a custom-machined physical throttle quadrant. Ultimately, this prototype delivers a cost-effective, realistic platform for familiarizing students with primary flight telemetry, system diagnostics, and engine monitoring protocols.
