Abstract - The aviation industry is developing eco-friendly technologies to reduce pollution and fuel consumption. Conventional aircraft use petrol or jet fuel engines that release harmful gases into the atmosphere. Electric propulsion systems are becoming an important alternative for future aviation because they are cleaner, quieter, and more efficient.
This project focuses on the design and development of a small aircraft powered by an electric motor using rechargeable batteries and solar panels. The electric motor converts electrical energy into mechanical energy to rotate the propeller and generate thrust. Solar panels are installed to recharge the battery using sunlight, which helps increase flight duration and reduce dependency on external charging.
The project demonstrates the working principle of electric aircraft propulsion systems and highlights the use of renewable energy in aviation technology.
