Abstract
Human Resource Management plays an important role in understanding employee performance, satisfaction, and retention within an organization. Employee attrition is a major challenge for companies as it affects productivity, recruitment costs, and workforce stability. This project focuses on analyzing IBM HR Analytics Employee Attrition data by developing an interactive dashboard using Tableau.
The analysis presents important HR insights such as employee attrition rate, department-wise attrition, job role analysis, age distribution, salary impact, overtime influence, and employee satisfaction levels. By transforming raw employee data into meaningful visualizations, this dashboard helps organizations identify factors influencing employee turnover and supports better decision-making in human resource management.
