Abstract:
Employee engagement has emerged as a critical determinant of organizational effectiveness in healthcare institutions. This study examines the role of employee engagement in enhancing patient care quality at Azeezia Hospital, Palakkad. Using a sample of 120 healthcare employees, the study employs descriptive statistics, correlation, t-test, ANOVA, and regression analysis to evaluate relationships among variables. Findings reveal a significant positive relationship between employee engagement and patient care quality, with engagement explaining 59% of service delivery and 63% of patient interaction. The study concludes that improving engagement through leadership, training, and recognition significantly enhances healthcare service outcomes.
