Abstract—Industrial machines are always under a lot of stress when they are being used. This can cause them to break down suddenly work efficiently and cost more to fix. To deal with these problems we made a system that uses the Internet of Things to collect and analyze data from machines in time. This system is called an IoT Based Real-Time Data Acquisition and Machine Fault Detection System. It uses sensors to get data from machines, such as how voltage, current and temperature they are using. This data is then sent to a cloud-based dashboard using the Internet of Things, where we can see what is going on with the machines from away.
The IoT Based Real-Time Data Acquisition and Machine Fault Detection System is always checking to see how the machines are doing. If anything is going wrong. If the system sees that something is not right with the machines like if the voltage or temperature is too high it will send an alert away. The system will also turn off the machine automatically to prevent it from getting damaged. This makes it safer to use the machines. Helps prevent accidents. The Internet of Things also lets us check on the machines from away in real time which helps us plan when to do maintenance and prevents the machines from breaking down suddenly.
We made the IoT Based Real-Time Data Acquisition and Machine Fault Detection System to be affordable and work well with systems. It is also good for using in factories and other places where machines are used a lot. When we tested the system it worked well. Was able to find problems with the machines in real time. The IoT Based Real-Time Data Acquisition and Machine Fault Detection System can really help us take care of machines and make sure they are working well. It is also good, for making factories smarter and more efficient.
