Abstract - A rapid, simple, sensitive, isocratic, reproducible reversed-phase HPLC technique has been developed for the quantitative assay evaluation of Vitamin D3 in various pharmaceutical drugs. Vitamins and Dietary supplements are essential to maintain the health of the human body. As it is fat-soluble, it is incorporated into cell membranes, which protects them from oxidative damage. However, other functions have also been recognized to be of importance. The simple, precise, rapid, and accurate UV/Vis-Spectrophotometry and RP-HPLC method has been developed for the estimation of Riboflavin (Vit B2) in tablet dosage from Riboflavin (Vit B2) assayed in the pharmaceutical pure form. The vitamin B2 is the water-soluble vitamin in the present study the wavelength selected for the analysis was λmax at 448 nm in aqueous media. The equation of the line for Absorbance versus Concentration was y = 0.0275x + 0.0237 (intercept at origin), and the regression R-squared coefficient was 0.9992 (R2 = 0.9992). The assay for riboflavin in an aqueous mixture shows a high level of accuracy and sensitivity. HPLC analyses are mainly performed on C18 stationary Reverse-Phase (RP) with hydrophilic eluents based on water-methanol, followed by ultraviolet (UV) detection. The equation of the line for Peak Area versus Concentration was y = 130338x + 135019 (intercept at origin), and the regression correlation coefficient was 0.9994 (R2 = 0.9994).
