Abstract: This study examines the correlation between employee well-being and engagement, and their respective effects on organizational and individual performance. Through a systematic review of the literature, it determines major factors that drive well-being, including mental health care, work-life balance, and positive organizational culture, and how this drive employee commitment. The research employs a quantitative and qualitative approach to examine the effect of well-being sinitiatives on engagement. It seeks to provide actionable guidance for organizations to create environments conducive to both employee satisfaction and sustainable business success. The paper closes with actionable advice for managers to create a more motivated and productive workforce.
