Exploring the Role and Evolution of Hand Drawn Rendering in Architecture

Abstract

Architecture favors a firm hand. Then the question arise what should be the starting process? The working approach varies from person to person. In the initial phase of an architecture degree students, concentrate more on hand drafting and use a different medium for presentation to stand out differently. At first, this might happen to take inspiration from the architect's work and try to achieve precision like that or incorporate them into our design. Eventually, all these efforts help us to find out our way of drafting methodology. These processes can be break down into individual phases and organized them. Drafting methods change over the period of time with different styles or techniques. Drawing is fundamental in architecture. Do questions come to mind like how drafting works in architecture?
