ABSTRACT:Job satisfaction has emerged as one of the most important aspects of organizational success, particularly in service oriented industries such as banking, where employee performance directly influences customer experience and overall institutional effectiveness. In today’s fast-changing banking environment— haracterized by technological advancements,increasing competition, and evolving customer expectations—employees are required to continuously adapt to new systems, performance standards, and service demands. These changing dynamics have made job satisfaction not just an individual concern but a strategic priority for organizations aiming to sustain productivity, retain talent, and maintain service quality. Against this backdrop, the present study seeks to examine the key factors influencing job satisfaction among employees working in public and private sector banks.
