ABSTRACT

The study investigates the factors influencing Green Human Resource Management (GHRM) practices in the IT sector of Haryana NCR, using a sample size of 600 employees. Exploratory Factor Analysis (EFA) was employed to reduce twenty statements into four meaningful factors: Green HR Integration, Green Operations, Green Rewards & Recognition, an, Haryana NCR adopt and implement green initiatives.
