Abstract
The modern workplace faces an urgent crisis of employee burnout, which directly impacts productivity, engagement, and organizational sustainability. This paper explores how artificial intelligence (AI) can be strategically leveraged to build work environments that prioritize mental health, enhance employee wellbeing, and ensure long-term organizational resilience. Drawing upon global surveys, case studies, and emerging HR trends, this paper provides an evidence-based discussion on integrating AI into sustainable work models. It further outlines challenges, ethical considerations, and actionable recommendations for embedding AI into workplace wellbeing strategies. The study argues that organizations embracing AI-powered wellbeing frameworks are better positioned to thrive in the evolving future of work.
