Abstract
The rapid evolution of Generative Artificial Intelligence (GenAI) is fundamentally transforming data analytics by enabling automation, interpretability, and strategic decision intelligence. Traditional analytics systems often rely on human expertise to interpret outputs, leading to delays, inconsistencies, and cognitive overload. This paper proposes a novel framework integrating Generative AI with automated data analytics pipelines to bridge the gap between predictive outputs and actionable insights. Drawing upon empirical findings from A/B testing automation and AI-assisted analytics systems, this study demonstrates how GenAI enhances decision consistency, reduces bias, and improves scalability. The paper introduces a multi-layered architecture for AI-driven decision intelligence, evaluates its impact across business scenarios, and provides comparative analysis with traditional analytics approaches. The findings suggest that Generative AI is not merely a tool for automation but a catalyst for autonomous decision ecosystems.
