Abstract - In the contemporary healthcare landscape, preventive care and health literacy have emerged as pivotal components in reducing the global burden of chronic illnesses. While considerable volumes of health-related data are routinely generated at the individual level, most people continue to lack accessible tools that enable them to interpret such information in a timely and meaningful manner. This paper presents HealthScore Pro, a responsive, live web-based platform that computes a dynamic, personalized health score by aggregating user-reported health parameters spanning seven core domains: body mass index and anthropometric measures, physical activity patterns, dietary habits, sleep quality, psychological stress indicators, substance use behaviors, and self-reported chronic conditions. The computed score is rendered through interactive dashboards powered by Chart.js, permitting users to visualize their health trajectory over successive assessment periods. A rule-based recommendation engine translates score deficiencies into prioritized, actionable, domain-specific health guidance expressed in plain language. The platform is developed using the MERN stack — React.js for the frontend, Node.js and Express.js for the backend, and MongoDB as the primary data repository — and is deployed on a cloud environment for continuous, device-agnostic accessibility. Pilot evaluation conducted with a volunteer cohort of thirty participants over four weeks demonstrated improved health awareness, strong platform usability, and measurable early-stage behavior change following engagement with personalized recommendations. HealthScore Pro addresses a persistent and well-documented gap between available health data and actionable individual health insight.
