Abstract:
In today’s rapidly evolving and highly competitive global business environment, talent management has become a strategic priority for organizations aiming to achieve sustainable growth, innovation, and long-term success. As businesses expand across borders and face constant market disruptions, the ability to attract, develop, and retain top talent is no longer a human resource function alone but a core driver of organizational performance. This paper explores an integrated approach to strategic talent management, emphasizing the seamless alignment of recruitment, employee development, and retention strategies with overarching business objectives. The study highlights the
significance of adopting a proactive and data- driven methodology to identify, attract, and nurture high-potential talent in a globally diverse workforce.
