ABSTRACT
The purpose of this research is to explore the interrelationships between the functioning of families, the wellness of workers, and the stress that is caused by the organization that are experienced by hotel employees in Kerala. The purpose of this research is to identify a negative association between employee well-being and workplace stress by using quantitative methodologies. The findings of this study indicate that mental health deteriorates as the level of job intensity rises. A large amount of the variation in employee satisfaction may be linked to organizational support, which emerges as a crucial predictor of work-life balance, according to the findings of a regression study. The fact that the workplace is both a personal and a professional arena was shown by the fact that the research discovered a significant connection between the health of employees and their connections with their families.
Mediation analysis shows that putting money into mental health can lower burnout and make people feel better about themselves. These results show how important it is for hospitality businesses to have support systems that can improve workers' mental health and make the workplace a better place to be. Both of these things could affect the health and happiness of workers and their families.
