ABSTRACT:
The hybrid work model has become an important work arrangement in the post-pandemic business environment, especially in the IT sector. The present study examines the impact of the hybrid work model on employee productivity and job satisfaction among IT employees in Nagpur. The study is based on primary data collected from 62 respondents through a structured questionnaire. Various statistical tools such as percentage analysis, mean, standard deviation, and Chi-Square test were used for data analysis. The findings indicate that employees are generally satisfied with the hybrid work model as it provides flexibility, better work-life balance, and improved productivity. However, some challenges such as communication gaps, technical issues, collaboration difficulties, and feelings of isolation were also observed. The study further reveals that the hybrid work model has a significant positive impact on employee productivity and job satisfaction. The research concludes that organizations should focus on effective communication, technological support, and proper hybrid work policies to enhance employee performance and satisfaction in the IT sector.
