Abstract

The proper management of the liquidity and profitability helps to maximize the shareholders wealth. The liquidity and profitability are very important for growth and survival of the business. The present study aims to study the relationship between liquidity and profitability of selected 27 Cement Companies in India. The study is based on the secondary data collected from bse and annual reports of the company websites for five years period of 2017 to 2022 used descriptive statistics correlation and regression. Every firm has to maintain good working capital in day to day operations to increase the profitability. The results of the study show that CR and QR is having significant relationship with ROA. Thus the researcher concluded about thus the hypothesis provided the relationship between the liquidity and profitability.
