ABSTRACT - Accurate financial transparency and accountability continue to be challenges in organizational administration because of the centralized accounting system, delayed audits, and limited traceability of transactions. In this work, we propose an Organizational Finance Tracking System based on the combination of management-oriented financial control systems and blockchain technology to ensure both security and traceability of financial transactions. From a control perspective, the system facilitates live budget tracking, role-based approval routing, and incorruptible audit trails to enhance governance and decision-making effectiveness. From a technical standpoint, the solution involves the use of a permissioned blockchain as an infrastructure, automation of financial verification using smart contracts, and cryptographic hashing to maintain data integrity in non-repudiation. The system is implemented and evaluated in a cloud-based simulation environment, concluding its potential deployment on the enterprise level. The transaction integrity is 98.6%, the financial record traceability is complete, and the audit reconciliation time decreases by 41% compared to traditional centralized systems. The hybrid model bridges the divide between management finance needs and secure software infrastructure, allowing for growing companies that need dependable financial systems. The results indicate that blockchain-based financing systems can effectively improve the transparency, compliance, and operational efficiency of contemporary enterprises.
