ABSTRACT
Digital payment platforms have revolutionized the way financial transactions are conducted in India. PhonePe has emerged as one of the leading digital payment applications, generating large volumes of transaction and user data. This project focuses on analyzing PhonePe Pulse data using Tableau to identify transaction trends, user growth, and regional payment patterns. An interactive dashboard was developed to visualize transaction amounts, transaction counts, user engagement, and state-wise performance from 2018 to 2022. The analysis provides valuable insights into digital payment adoption and demonstrates the effectiveness of Tableau as a Business Intelligence and Data Visualization tool for transforming raw data into meaningful information.
