ABSTRACT
In the contemporary business environment, organizations are increasingly adopting digital technologies to improve workforce efficiency and productivity. Digital training and development (DTD) has emerged as a strategic tool that enables employees to acquire knowledge, skills, and competencies through online platforms, e-learning modules, and virtual training systems. This study examines the role of digital training and development in enhancing employee performance. The paper explores how digital learning tools contribute to skill development, adaptability, engagement, and overall productivity. Using a structured research methodology, the study analyzes employee responses and evaluates the effectiveness of digital training initiatives. The findings indicate that digital training significantly improves employee performance by providing flexibility, personalized learning experiences, and real-time feedback. The study concludes with recommendations for organizations to optimize digital training strategies.
