Drawing upon a mixed-methods approach, including an examination of the BSM IR's content and a review of existing literature, this paper seeks to provide a comprehensive understanding of the repository's role in the context of Bahirji Smarak Mahavidyalaya. Recommendations for optimizing the BSM IR's impact and ensuring its long-term sustainability will also be provided.
