Roof Garden as A Healing Space in Urban Chaos

Abstract:

A sort of green space that can offer numerous advantages to urban settings is roof gardens. For those living in cities who might not have access to conventional green places like parks or woods, they might serve as healing spaces. The advantages of roof gardens as a therapeutic setting in metropolitan environments, as well as their beneficial impacts on mental, bodily, and social well-being, will be examined in this study article. In addition, the presentation will look at the difficulties in setting up and maintaining roof gardens in urban settings and offer suggestions for overcoming these difficulties.
