Abstract - Most existing career guidance tools focus on isolated stages of the placement process rather than providing an end-to-end solution. This paper presents Smart Career Advisor, an integrated multi-agent platform that combines resume analysis, hybrid job matching, multi-round mock interviews, automated feedback, and career roadmapping in a single workflow. The system is implemented using a combination of FastAPI for backend services, React for the frontend interface, and supporting technologies such as MongoDB, Redis, and RabbitMQ to ensure scalability and responsiveness. For assessment, the platform conducts aptitude, technical, and HR rounds and produces detailed feedback reports. The prototype was evaluated on 100 resume-job pairs and 50 interview responses. The hybrid matcher achieved Precision@5 of 0.79, Recall@5 of 0.76, F1@5 of 0.77, mean average precision of 0.75, and average latency of 2.1 seconds. The interview evaluator matched human ratings within one point in 84% of cases. These results suggest that a modular agentic design can support personalized career preparation at scale.
