Abstract:
With rapid advancements in the world of technology, the field of healthcare is undergoing a radical revolution through the incorporation of the latest technologies like Artificial Intelligence (AI) and modern web technologies. This paper proposes Smart Healthcare System with AI, a full-fledged stack-based web application developed by the students of Indraprastha Institute of Management and Technology, Saharanpur for providing accessible and accurate diagnosis of diseases in real-time using the online AI-powered diagnostics and consultation facility. This healthcare solution has been developed using web technologies such as Node.js, Express.js, React.js, MongoDB along with machine learning in python, where the intelligent diagnostic engine makes predictions related to symptoms analysis and disease prediction with 89.4% accuracy on 15 categories of diseases. With Smart Healthcare System with AI, patients can input their symptom data, get initial AI-generated diagnosis, consult doctor online, schedule appointments, as well as view their digital medical records. All results come with confidence intervals along with proper recommendation for future course of action. A test conducted on 15 users showed marked improvements in terms of the ease of getting online preliminary health check-ups. This platform is completely responsive on all device types and employs JWT-based authentication.
