ABSTRACT:
There are a lot of different platforms which can be used by people for various purposes including job and rental advertising, services provision, selling products, and other public notices. However, most of the platforms mentioned above suffer from such problems as spam advertisements, false advertising, lack of proper moderation, weak location filters, and complicated registration processes.
In order to solve the problems mentioned above, this paper presents a Smart Moderation Framework for Public Advertisement Platforms Using AI Techniques through the development of the Wanted Wall system. Wanted Wall is an example of the location-based advertisement platform that enables users to browse and post advertisements anonymously without being obliged to register accounts. The platform makes use of Ollama AI that helps users post their advertisements, detect spam or inappropriate content, and support moderators while verifying posts.
The following topics will be covered throughout the paper: content validation, moderation via AI technologies, location-based filtering, advertisements' life cycle management, and administrative control. The paper aims at increasing moderation efficiency and reducing its costs thanks to advanced AI technology and scalable web solutions.
